What you are booking

A four-hour live online Workshop on Sunday 11 October 2026, from 10am to 2pm IST, for Doctors who own Clinics and Hospitals in India, run by Mehirr Nath Choppra of Doctor of Laxmi, a division of Saray And Valley, Bengaluru.

One registration covers one person from one Clinic or Hospital. If a colleague is joining you from the same Hospital, please tell us on WhatsApp before the day so the joining link is set up correctly.

What the ₹10,000 is

The Workshop fee is ₹10,000 plus GST at 18%, so ₹11,800 is payable. It buys the four hours on 11 October, and those four hours stand on their own.

If you subsequently join the Business MasterClass for Clinic and Hospital Owners, the full ₹10,000 is credited against your MasterClass fee. The seat is ₹1,00,000 plus GST, so after the credit the balance is ₹90,000 plus GST.

The credit is not a discount and it is not transferable to another person. Cancellation and refunds are set out in full on the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which governs: in short, you can cancel up to 48 hours before the Workshop and get everything back, and inside that last 48 hours the ₹10,000 stays as a credit against the next Workshop date rather than coming back as cash. It has no expiry against the next available batch of the MasterClass.

Joining

The joining link is sent to the WhatsApp number you register with, on the day before and again about an hour before the session. Please make sure that number is one you read.

The session starts at 10am. Doors are open from 9.45am.

Recording

The Workshop is run live and it is not recorded for release. Nothing from the session is sold, published or made available as a course, and there is no replay link.

If you have paid and cannot attend on the day, tell us and your seat moves to the next Workshop at no extra cost.

If the date changes

If Doctor of Laxmi moves the date, your registration moves with it. You may take the new date, or hold the ₹10,000 as a credit against the MasterClass instead. You will be told by WhatsApp as soon as we know.

If you cannot attend on the day, tell us and your seat moves to the next Workshop. The ₹10,000 stays against your name either way.

What is taught, and what is not

This session covers the business side of running a Hospital or a Clinic, and every one of the eight areas is taught with a Hospital example and a Clinic example. It does not cover, discuss or advise on anything clinical. No diagnosis, no treatment, no protocol, no clinical judgement.

The Workshop is built around a target of 20% more revenue over the next 12 months for an Owner who takes the three moves off Your 20%, the sheet written on the day, and runs them. That is a target, not a promise, a projection or a guarantee. Revenue is not profit. What happens in your Clinic or Hospital depends on what you do after the session.

Examples used are anonymised. No Hospital, Clinic, Doctor or Patient is identified.

In the room

The session is a teaching block, not a surgery on individual businesses. Individual questions about your own Clinic or Hospital are welcome in the last half hour and on WhatsApp afterwards.

Please do not record, screenshot or redistribute the session or its materials.

Your details

The name, WhatsApp number, Hospital name and email you give are used to run the Workshop and to contact you about Doctor of Laxmi programmes. They are not sold or given to anyone else. You can ask for them to be removed at any time by writing to mehirr@doctoroflaxmi.com. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Payment is taken through a payment gateway. Card and bank details are handled by the gateway and are never seen or stored by Doctor of Laxmi.

Tax and invoice

A receipt is issued against the advance. GST is charged as applicable. If you need the invoice in your Hospital's or Clinic's name and GSTIN, send those details on WhatsApp before the session.

Anything else

These terms are governed by Indian law and the courts at Bengaluru. If something here is unclear, ask before you pay, not after.
