Everything is digital or live online. Nothing is shipped. Here is exactly when each thing reaches you.

Everything Doctor of Laxmi sells is delivered electronically or as a live online session. Nothing is shipped. There is no physical product, no courier, no delivery address and no delivery charge.

2. Email is the channel of record
Joining links, invoices and materials are sent to the email address you register with. WhatsApp is a courtesy channel, and we use it because most Owners read it faster, but email is where delivery formally happens.
Give us an email address you actually read. Check spam and the promotions tab on the day.
3. If something does not arrive
Tell us. WhatsApp +91 6364 999 555 or mehirr@doctoroflaxmi.com. We will resend within a few hours and well before the session starts.
If a link cannot be delivered because the email address or number given at registration was wrong, tell us and we will fix it. Please do not wait until 9.55am on the day.
4. Where you can join from
Sessions run on Indian Standard Time and are online, so there is no restriction on where you join from. Fees are charged in Indian Rupees. You will need a working internet connection and a device that runs the meeting platform. That is on you, and it is worth testing the day before.
5. Nothing is shipped
No physical goods. No shipping address, no shipping or handling charge, no customs, no tracking number. If a page anywhere asks you for a delivery address for one of our programmes, it is wrong. Tell us.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and give you a reference number in that acknowledgement. We work to close it within one month of receiving it.
